Dr. Hershael W. York is the Dean of the School of Theology of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary as well as the Victor and Louise Lester Professor of Christian Preaching. After serving for 20 years as Senior Pastor of the Buck Run Baptist Church in Frankfort, Dr. York now devotes much time to helping churches and pastors stay focused on effective gospel communication and leadership, as well as hosting marriage seminars with his wife, Tanya.

Larry Robinson is the Pastor of Spring Street Baptist Church in Mt. Sterling, KY. Ordained in 2007 as a youth pastor and an associate pastor, he has served Spring Street Baptist Church since Christmas Day of 2016. He lives in Morehead, Kentucky with Lisa, his high school sweetheart, and wife of 20 years, their four children Carson 14, Caroline 12, Charlie 4, and Coleman 1.

Larry currently works for Rowan County Schools as the District Safe Schools Coordinator. Previously, he was a classroom Social Studies teacher for 18 years. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family outdoors boating, fishing, hiking, beach vacations, and enjoys endurance cycling.

Justin is the Associate Pastor of Worship and Students at Immanuel Baptist Church in Glasgow, KY. Alongside worship leading, Justin is also a singer/songwriter and performs in various venues around Kentucky and Tennessee.

Rob serves as the Team Leader for the Evangelism Team at the Kentucky Baptist Convention.

With a passion to experience a joyful walk with the Lord and to serve Him with nothing held back, Tanya York desires to encourage this in other women using the tools of enthusiasm, humor and practicality. Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, she has been a pastor’s wife for over 40 years. She serves in Frankfort, where her husband Hershael recently stepped into the role of Pastor Emeritus of Buck Run Baptist Church. They are in their 43rd year of marriage and full time Christian ministry. Tanya loves people and has a heart for the world to see Christians being real and making much of Jesus. Her heart is to inspire others to walk the walk among whatever culture the Lord to places you in. She served as a trustee for the North American Mission Board and is involved in various mission opportunities through Send Relief. Tanya has taught Ladies’ Bible studies for over 40 years and teaches in the Seminary Wives Institute at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Michael DeLand has been preaching the gospel for over 22 years, 17 of those in a bi-vocational pastorate. He currently serves as a bi-vocational pastor at Swan Pond Baptist Church in Barbourville, Kentucky, while also serving as the Dean of Institutional Advancement at Clear Creek Baptist Bible College.
